Building Climate Resilience & Sustainable Communities
Ashar Alo Society (AAS) recognizes that climate change poses significant challenges to vulnerable communities, particularly people living with and affected by HIV and AIDS, women, children, and marginalized populations.
Climate-related disasters such as floods, cyclones, extreme heat, and environmental degradation can increase social and economic vulnerabilities and disrupt access to essential healthcare, nutrition, shelter, and livelihoods.
AAS believes that climate resilience is essential for building healthy, inclusive, and sustainable communities. Through community engagement, awareness, advocacy, and partnerships, we aim to promote environmental responsibility and strengthen the capacity of vulnerable communities to respond to climate-related challenges.
